Terms of Sale & License

What you're buying

Wisprcat is a paid macOS application sold as a one-time purchase of $29 USD. Your purchase grants you a personal, lifetime license to install and use Wisprcat on Macs that you personally own and use. Updates to the app are included at no additional charge.

License

The license is per person, not per machine. You may install Wisprcat on multiple Macs you use yourself. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the download or the app with others. Teams should purchase one license per user; email us for volume purchases.

Requirements

Wisprcat requires macOS 14 or later and an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer). It does not run on Intel Macs. If you buy it for an unsupported machine, contact us for a full refund.

Delivery

After checkout you are redirected to a download page immediately, and Stripe emails you a receipt. If anything goes wrong with delivery, email stevencallaway1@gmail.com and we will get you the download the same day.

Refunds

Every purchase includes a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy.

Warranty and liability

Wisprcat is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Wisprcat is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Open-source components

Wisprcat includes open-source software, including whisper.cpp (MIT License). Attribution and license texts ship with the app in the third-party notices file.
